Calculate disk usage as binary instead of decimal

OS calculates human readable values for used and free disk space in binary, as it does for file size, at least linux does. Can it be changed? It's a big difference for terabaytes, free space in OS is 3.1TB but HTPCmanager displays 3.4TB.
