Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): remove stale cargo registry token from release build

The terraphim cargo registry reports auth-required: false — anonymous
access works. The CARGO_REGISTRIES_TERRAPHIM_TOKEN secret was stale,
causing 403 on every build. Removing the env var lets cargo fall back
to anonymous access.
