/torch/install/share/lua/5.1/nn/THNN.lua:110: input and gradOutput shapes do not match

hi,
I have lua code run with torch. I install torch on your instruction and it is working well but when i try the code(https://github.com/DeepLearning4BioSeqText/Paper16-AAAI-MUST-CNN) i get this error bellow:

I delete the torch and reinstall it several times but still have the same issue. I Google the problem but i got nothing. any help or direction will be very important to me.
