/dev/input/js0 support

Hello,
I want to use a game controller for my raspberry pi mpd server.
İ can read use A B X Y keys from /dev/input/event0
but i cant make up down right and left keys.
please help me

You've already gotten further then me...I'm looking at setting up a raspberry pi as well...Not sure this will help, but up/down/left/right are axis0 and axis1 in other programs like joy2key and qjoypad, not buttons.
