Generate named renderer, main, and preload projects at the workspace root with group task aliases and shared dependency management. Update CLI creation, Dashboard previews, bilingual documentation, and tests. Check sandbox permissions only on Ubuntu, generate reviewable AppArmor installation guidance, and detect the current user desktop before launching Electron.
Replace astro-site and starlight-docs with Next.js static website and Fumadocs Base UI documentation templates, including bilingual pages and static search. Update CLI, Dashboard, documentation, and retired-ID guidance. Replace Sonner with Base UI Toast in React, Next.js, and Electron starters. Remove Prometheus from API starters and replace Expo ahooks with useCallback. Exclude generated Next.js agent metadata from the new template sources. Validation: mise run check, mise run check:templates, new-template dev and preview smoke checks, bilingual static search, and Expo authentication checks.
Add transparent skills command forwarding and template-scoped local installation with concise progress, portable sources, and seven One adaptation skills. Simplify starters by removing bundled authentication, user features, database defaults, and excess demos while retaining the selected framework foundations. Update workspace guidance, bilingual documentation, and validation coverage.

Generated projects keep their framework foundations while leaving authentication, user CRUD, and database selection to the application. One also installs project-local development guidance when creating workspaces and adding built-in templates.
