停用本次试点采用的 GitHub App Bot PR 方案，删除
.github/workflows/bot-pr.yml。此 PR 只删除该工作流，不修改其他文件，不引入替代触发器。文件同时存在于 preview 和 main，因此分别提交两个目标分支的删除 PR，避免将其他分支差异一并带入。
仓库侧清理已完成：Bot PR 工作流已停用，专用 Secrets
APP_ID和APP_PRIVATE_KEY已删除；其他 Secrets、仓库变量和已有 Bot 配置保持不变。GitHub App 注册删除另行处理。验证：暂存差异空白检查通过；preview 侧运行时 bundle 只读验证通过；检查 .github 后未发现遗留的相关凭据引用。未启动 Lithe 应用，未执行 Bot 工作流。合并由仓库维护者完成。
