Codex AI is an AI-powered web application designed to help creators, marketers, and entrepreneurs transform raw research into polished, sellable digital products like eBooks, guides, and mini-courses.

This tool guides you through a structured four-step workflow:

  1. Value Zone Discovery: Validate your product idea and target audience.
  2. Research Synthesis: Consolidate your notes and let AI extract key insights and a step-by-step method.
  3. Content Generation: Generate detailed content for each step of your method.

Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • Node.js (v18 or later)
  • npm or yarn
  • A Google Gemini API Key (get one from Google AI Studio)

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/AbhayXplor/codex-ai.git
    cd codex-ai
  2. Install dependencies:

    npm install
  3. Run the development server:

    npm run dev

    The application will be available at http://localhost:8080.

How to Use

  1. Launch the App: Open the application in your browser.
  2. Set API Key: Click the settings icon in the header and enter your Google Gemini API key. The key is stored only in your browser's local storage.
  3. Create a Project: Start a new project from the dashboard.
  4. Follow the Steps: Work through the four-step workflow to develop your digital product.
  5. Export: Once you're done, export your final content from Step 4.
