Separate vertical operator from cause organizer, retie the switch-page objection list, use Start a cause for the public page, and reuse one capacity list (money, both kinds of judgment, execution, trust, distribution).

Follow-up review of docs: address role-adoption review notes. Prior findings (founder vs organizer, switch-page Yes.But, Activate vs Start link text, capacity-list consistency) are addressed. No remaining issues.
