Summary

Docs-only: explain CauseStarter adoption as recruiting one unbundled role at a time (money, judgment, trust, distribution, execution) instead of assembling a full organization first.

Adds founder playbook (docs/founder/activating-a-cause.md), public CauseStarter pages (start-a-cause, jobs, unbundled-organization), and product/marketing pointers.

Pre-PR review

Reviewed docs/causestarter-role-adoption vs origin/dev (20 files, +357/-10). No bugs.

Suggestions (not blocking):

  • Founder vs cause-organizer split is a bit blurred vs the publications model
  • getting-people-to-switch.md “Yes. But:” list sits awkwardly after the new narrower claim
  • Link text “Activate a cause…” vs page H1 “Start a cause”
  • Ingredient lists for the bundled org are not identical across pages

Separate vertical operator from cause organizer, retie the switch-page
objection list, use Start a cause for the public page, and reuse one
capacity list (money, both kinds of judgment, execution, trust, distribution).

Review receipt.

Follow-up review of docs: address role-adoption review notes. Prior findings (founder vs organizer, switch-page Yes.But, Activate vs Start link text, capacity-list consistency) are addressed. No remaining issues.
