vitest 2.x (node env, zero config) + 5 test files / 29 tests: format, power-format, colormap, settings stream math (pause mask, NP, kcal), i18n language switching. Components untested — would need jsdom + testing-library, skipped (YAGNI).
Extends the existing workflow (now named "tests") with a Node 22 frontend job (npm ci + npm test) on push/PR; updates AGENTS.md test notes.
