…diagnostics Selectively adapt upstream 81dbae5 on the validated stability branch. Retain Heltec OLED/PRG, calibrated battery, FEM limits, power profiles and protected storage. Preserve Wi-Fi backoff policies, keep unconfigured BLE Wi-Fi off, mask password reads and validate subscription payloads and LPP boundaries.

Retains ten Heltec V4 OLED firmware environments. Solar Repeater replaces the official standard Repeater with its original battery recovery, OLED-off startup and power-saving defaults. Removes headless Solar and four extra low-power targets. Build scripts, CI, release matrices and documentation use this target set; future packages contain ten OTA and ten merged images. Historical releases are unchanged.
Ports optional runtime-configured Wi-Fi for BLE Companion, persisted Wi-Fi settings with masked password reads, mesh/UI listeners, binary telemetry forwarding, authenticated scoped Sensor subscriptions, region-aware Sensor replies and GPS diagnostics. Validates subscription lengths, AES padding, thresholds, encryption capacity and LPP encoding.
Preserves shared OLED/PRG controls, battery calibration, GPS/VEXT handling, FEM power limits and protected identity/configuration storage. Stacked on PR #10: integrate that stability PR first.
Validation: the prior ten-target revision passed all 82 native tests and all firmware builds. The final Solar target at 09185e8 compiles both application and merged images locally; full CI for this revision is pending. Its configuration matches the previous Solar definition exactly.
Main remains unchanged. No hardware was flashed in this phase; the node retains its restored official Companion BLE firmware. Wi-Fi association/reconnect, authenticated app messaging, telemetry exchange, OLED interaction and electrical measurements still require physical validation before a stable release.
