Companion BLE now includes the only additional behavior from the removed BLE low-power target: disable Bluetooth after five minutes without a connection. Existing connections remain active; a long PRG press on the Bluetooth page enables a fresh connection window. LoRa operation continues.
Enables the existing, previously shipped timer implementation with the original 300000 ms setting. Keeps ten targets and updates documentation and future release notes. No change to the published v1.1.0 assets or installed node firmware.
Validation: local Companion BLE application and merged-image build; automated CI runs on this PR. Physical five-minute timeout and local reactivation have not been tested in this change.
