Upgrades
eslint-config-prettierto 10.1.8 and adds the missing lockfile update in the Bun 1.1.17-compatible binary format.Verified locally with Bun 1.1.17 frozen install, ESLint (zero errors), TypeScript, and a production Next.js build.
