AI lint now fails on warnings through the ordinary npm command. Strict TypeScript, dependencies and runtime behavior remain unchanged.
Implements Design WP02.01 under merged Design PR47. No producer API or dependency upgrade is required.
Validation: Complete npm check (82 provenance tests plus unit/type/lint/format checks), final Worker/Workflow bundle test with explicitly mocked inference, real unused-variable warning rejection and restored clean lint. Full diff self-reviewed. Applicable native/device/provider CI and main publication/public runtime verification remain pending; merge only after every applicable PR check passes. Keep branch/worktree.
