Register the five completed reference matrices as immutable planning inputs under merged Design PR 27. Bind the Design documents, six source commits and a dated non-Git packaged directory/notice observation. Add a read-only verifier, explicit committed-vs-working drift reports, twelve rejection/behavior test groups, and Windows/Linux CI before packaging.
Depends on Contracts PR 23 for the exact reference metadata naming registration; merge that prerequisite first. No reference source is copied/executed and no binary contents are read. Hosted CI checks retained packaged metadata; the real local acceptance separately re-observed all six directories and seven notices. No runtime/commercial completion is claimed.
Validation: local five-matrix/six-commit registration and real AFFiNE drift dry run passed; independent remote bare fetch verified every registered commit; 12 reference, 15 Design policy, 41 provenance/native and 11 licence test groups passed; current Design corpus preview, 35 effective project licence declarations, native registration, repository hooks and nine-root naming scan (1,324 files) passed. Pinned .NET 10.0.400 restore/build passed with zero warnings/errors and all four architecture tests passed. Complete diff reviewed for input boundaries, identity integrity, naming/provenance, changed-path detection and CI gating. Applicable PR CI and post-merge automatic publication remain pending.
