Fix animation timing and render state - #114

Conversation
This patch fixes several animation and rendering issues: clips can start from a server tick and stay aligned when the client joins late; ping-pong and fade timing now respect old world clocks; glTF relative resources are resolved safely; model reloads are queued on the render thread; and VAO/GL buffer state is restored using the correct ARRAY_BUFFER binding for instancing and VFX rendering. It also updates missing texture lookups for newer MC APIs.
