Describe the bug
The links to new-relic data & roster editor are broken, the repos they are linking to are removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/BSData/catalogue-development/wiki/Data-Author-Guide
  2. Click on the link: https://github.com/giloushaker/nr-editor/releases
  3. See error

    NR editor was closed for a while, and is back up.
