The repo keeps a CHANGELOG.md (All notable changes ... will be documented in this file, started at 1.0.0). Please add a ## [1.1.0] section for this release, e.g.:
## [1.1.0] - 2026-08-23

- `SendMessage` overload accepting `destTon`/`destNpi` on `ESMEManager` and `ESMEConnection`.
