Refresh the unreleased changelog and TODO status for the locally validated work in #52–#58: FAT publication safeguards, recorded verification scope, byte-weighted progress and supported ASC MHL inventory-chain checks. Keep the remaining signed-app, physical-drive, reuse-progress and structural-history limits explicit, along with the open user reports.
The evidence fixture README now reflects completed Mac consumer tests and distinguishes C4 chain-record validation from unsupported C4 file hashes. Fixture provenance is unchanged. The public README and its voice are unchanged.
Documentation only. Validation: checked against the merged PRs and their local results;
git diff --checkpasses. No release or field-fix claim.
