Running Pixelix env:native on very fast PCs resulted in counter wraparound issues in millis() and micros(), resulting in strange behavior like very slow text scrolling.

This commit fixes the issue by replacing the clock() tick based implementation of millis() and micros() with a steady_clock from chrono C++ library.
