The client has to have members copy the proposal as text and paste it back. Ask: GET /v1/families/{id}/changes listing open proposals with their signers so far (and the same for /v1/communities).
- No rename. The household keeps the name it was formed with, though the record allows changing it. Ask: a governed rename change (founder_only: one call; quorum: a change like the others).
