* chore(deps): batch container images, repo tooling, and lock file maintenance - update clamav, cloudflared, grafana/alloy, postgres, redis and pin the dockerfile syntax digest (#187) - update non-major repo tooling in app, docs, and www (#188) - refresh root pnpm-lock.yaml and uv.lock (#182) - refresh backend/uv.lock (#183) * ci: analyze workflows with the CodeQL actions language actionlint and zizmor lint workflow syntax and permissions; the `actions` language adds dataflow queries over the same files.
