新增“设置 → 常规 → 通知”：默认关闭，可选择离开当前聊天时提醒或始终提醒，并显式授予浏览器通知权限。收到本窗口发起消息的成功回复后显示提醒，点击打开对应聊天；排队确认、审批等待、失败和旧回执不会触发新回复提醒。
聚焦前端测试 23 项、类型检查和生产构建通过。真实 Chromium + 临时服务完成发送消息、文件读取、回复和通知构造流程，另检查 600px 窄窗口。当前范围是保持打开的浏览器窗口；原生桌面系统弹层尚未验证。

基于 #450，需在 #450 之后合并。组合检查确认两个偏好同时加入后必须重新生成协议文档，已完成；通知功能代码和原始真实截图保持不变。本次依赖整合后，10 项通知测试、类型检查和协议登记检查通过，最新提交的 CI 另行跟进。
2026-10-22 基线同步：以保留祖先的合并方式同步 #450（
113756e10125a84c619e226b68ec840415513eef），继承 #450 的113756e10125a84c619e226b68ec840415513eef及 #432 的fc0935d6fc03ca7abccbd148ce52d26c2bc154f8Chrome 握手／DMG Resource busy 修复。相对本 PR 同步前提交，仅增加该修复的 4 个文件；diff 检查通过，原功能说明、验证记录和截图保留。本次未重复运行测试或截图；最新提交的 CI 尚未完成，不能沿用旧提交的结果。
