docs/convergence/protocol-registry.md went stale when the registry gained the anthropic native search and chatgpt request runtime identifiers (registry.json updated by #468 without regenerating the generated doc). Every PR based on main then fails the 'Verify classified protocol registry and reader history' step with 'docs/convergence/protocol-registry.md is stale', blocking the whole queue. Pure tool output from 'go run ./cmd/protocolregistry -write'; -check passes against both the PR baseline and current main.

main 自身的 CI 自 2026-10-27 18:20 起在 "Verify classified protocol registry and reader history" 步骤失败（
docs/convergence/protocol-registry.md is stale; run go run ./cmd/protocolregistry -write），导致基于 main 的全部 open PR 的 Go checks / Go control plane 一并继承失败、整条 PR 队列被阻塞。根因：#468 合并时更新了
protocols/registry.json（anthropic 原生搜索与 chatgpt request runtime 标识符入册），但生成产物docs/convergence/protocol-registry.md未随之重新生成——desktop-web-presentation-state家族的计数停留在 23（实际 24）。What this changes
