Add a four-head nanoGPT pilot with a much larger synthetic rule universe. The new frozen protocol uses modulus 251 (31,500 train / 15,750 validation / 15,751 test combinations), 30,000 updates (~30.5 effective epochs), one matched AdamW/Muon seed, larger canary cohorts, and no online WeightWatcher. The launcher now accepts an alternate protocol JSON and reports the actual queue size. Includes a protocol/model/data-shape test and README instructions.
