Adds the project page for Using VLM Reasoning to Constrain Task and Motion Planning (arXiv:2510.25548) at papers/vizcoast/, served at https://commalab.org/papers/vizcoast/.

  • Nerfies-based page in the same style as the other papers/ pages: home + More Research navbar, lab favicons, Font Awesome 6.5.1 CDN, member-page author links.
  • Content and figures come from the arXiv source; the Packing clip reuses assets/img/publication_preview/viz_coast.webm.
  • _bibliography/papers.bib: adds code (https://github.com/CoMMALab/VIZ-COAST) and website (../papers/vizcoast) to yan2025vizcoast, so the publications list links the page and code.

`Deploy site` fails at **Setup Ruby** since `ubuntu-latest` moved to
Ubuntu 26.04: `ruby/setup-ruby` has no 3.2.2 build for that image
(`Unavailable version 3.2.2 for ruby on ubuntu-26.04`; only the latest
patch, 3.2.11, is built). The last successful deploy was 2026-10-26; the
deploy of #27 (run 40938292677) failed at this step.

This sets `ruby-version: "3.2"`, which selects the latest 3.2.x, as the
setup-ruby error message recommends. The repo has no `Gemfile.lock`, so
nothing else pins the Ruby patch version.
