Summary

Version bump for the v0.2.0 release: mod_version 0.1.2 → 0.2.0 and ide-plugin pluginVersion 0.1.2 → 0.2.0. Release already published at tag v0.2.0 pointing at this head (4f7bd35), matching the established flow (tag keeps the tested build reachable regardless of merge order).

Closing as superseded: v0.2.0 was already published (tag v0.2.0), and main has since moved to the v0.3.1 line — the current version bump lives in #11. Resolving this conflict would regress mod_version/pluginVersion to 0.2.0.
