[14.0] Remove Java Resource

[afscrome]

Java has now been upstreamed to Aspire.Hosting.Java, so we should probably remove / deprecate the Java package in the Community Toolkit.

[afscrome]

@marshalhayes Can the Java package go completely, or are there still portions of the integration which need to remain, and instead be refactored on top of Aspire.Hosting.Java in 13.6?

[marshalhayes]

I think the package can go. From what I've dogfooded so far, all features of this version will be available in 13.6.

Package is currently preview for 1- this removal may not be appropriate until it goes GA.

I haven't looked at the new Java integration, but I expect that there's some feature gaps between it and the Toolkit version (since it was doing some Java-in-container stuff), so we probably can't remove it without a version deprecation to allow people to migrate off it
