Activates the CnCredentials fix 'only show/offer credentials the app actually supports' (nc-vue#225 / commit 44997a19), which first shipped in beta.214. On beta.213 the add-credential grid renders OpenRegister's ENTIRE provider catalogue (Mollie, Stripe, Adyen, KVK, Twilio, ...) regardless of what the app declares, so a Hermiq user is offered credentials Hermiq cannot use. App.vue already passes :app-credentials from manifest.credentials — the component just lacked the filter until beta.214. beta.214 also carries the fleet-wanted CnPageRenderer v2 live-detail-context fix (#227) and the Ctrl/Cmd+K command palette (#226). Fleet note: every consumer still pinned at beta.213 shows the same unfiltered grid; this is the first of the 213->214 bumps.
