The baseline now records the verified current
mainSHA, 196 open PRs, 43 open issues, current #1177/#1178/#1182 heads, the active no-force-push-only ruleset, and the unresolved #1181 delivery-gate thread. Three focused authenticated PostgreSQL/API Voice tests passed. An authenticated synthetic-workload k6 observation identified PostgreSQL Board work as the measured bottleneck; #1182 contains the distinct filter-query repair and its ADR 0212 amendment. The running Compose image has not been tied to that candidate head, and rendered Voice acceptance remains open. Documentation hygiene passed (6 tests), andgit diff --checkpassed. This new documentation head invalidates prior hosted-check evidence.
