lib/server/dashboard.ts와 lib/format.ts에서 timestamp(원시 숫자)를 파싱할 때 new Date(s)를 객체화해서 사용하는 대신 Date.parse(s)를 사용하도록 수정했습니다.

🎯 Why
날짜 및 시간을 다룰 때 오직 timestamp 값만이 필요함에도 불구하고 불필요하게 Date 객체를 생성하는 오버헤드가 있었습니다. Date.parse(s)는 ECMAScript의 동일한 문자열 파싱 시맨틱을 유지하면서 원시 숫자만을 반환하므로 객체 할당(allocation)을 줄일 수 있습니다.

• Date 객체 인스턴스화로 인한 가비지 컬렉션 부하를 줄임
• 특히 대량의 로그나 이벤트를 렌더링하고 포맷팅하는 루프 패스에서의 성능 향상
