Closing as superseded by #730 (exact head 33098bf22d99b18e59cedec9f74ee79422e355f9), which owns the complete color-radio interaction contract: radio semantics, a single roving tab stop, Arrow-key selection/focus with wraparound, focused regressions, canonical changelog, and standards evidence.

This head b5b8381232d28137dcbddf2a03dd2aa5872a217a is not a safe competing lane: it implements only the static role/state portion, adds an out-of-policy 1,656-line frontend/pnpm-lock.yaml, and currently fails dependency review. #730 has 29 terminal non-blocking checks. This is a queue-scope decision, not a merge or readiness claim.
