- Updated `UserManager::list_users` to preallocate capacity and sort users deterministically by username. - Enhanced `validate_safe_path` to reject path inputs containing NUL bytes or ASCII control characters. - Added comprehensive unit tests in `users.rs` and `contract_input_validation.rs`.
