The retry after YouTube's sign-in check now asks for the player clients the bundled PO-token helper can token; yt-dlp's default clients are not among them, so the previous retry changed nothing. A check that survives the retry is retried automatically after 60 s and 180 s with a countdown on the row, and the row offers a Network settings button. The message states what the helper did.

Verification: typecheck, 43 unit tests, locale parity, release gate 14/14, faked-check scenarios in the dev app (countdown, automatic retry to ready; retries exhausted to the final message and the settings button).

- the retry now asks for player clients the PO-token helper can actually token (mweb, web_embedded, tv_simply); yt-dlp's defaults are not among them, so the old retry changed nothing
- a check that survives the retry is retried automatically after 60 s and 180 s with a countdown on the row; Retry and a Network settings button stay available
- the message says what the helper did (off, blocked by DNS, failed with reason) instead of claiming a retry that could not help
- dev-only TUBERX_FAKE_BOTCHECK / TUBERX_BOT_RETRY_MS to exercise the path; tests/botcheck.test.ts; README; ISA decision and ISC-87
