Adding Debian_11 to the entire IoT matrix also runs TestInstallSuite, whose TestInstallMinorVersionPin installs and then removes IoT Agent 7.42.0 (test/e2e/install_test.go:54-59). The health-platform uninstall fix cited by the removed comment only shipped in 7.83.x/7.84.x/7.85.0, so 7.42.0 cannot contain it and the refreshed Debian 11 image will still exercise the original broken cleanup path, leaving this matrix job failing even though latest-stable installation is fixed. Skip that pinned subtest for this flavor/platform or pin a release containing the fix.
