What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-16215
Expand the Multimodal Support automatic instrumentation tables with Amazon Nova 2 Sonic and ElevenLabs Agents WebSocket support for Python, and OpenAI Realtime API and Nova 2 Sonic support for Node.js. Document minimum tracer versions, Python SDK requirements, and raw audio conversion, and illustrate voice conversation playback with a screenshot. Mark ElevenLabs Node.js support as Coming Soon.
