As it should only be used for viewing, you should also disable keyboard shortcuts. Also, I would assume, that viewOnly includes setting readOnly to true. But if we can just set both to true individually thats fine as well |

If I now load a diagram with a message annotation, it is however not shown when hovering. |

By setting the URL flag
