Remove extracted pVisor and pPilot components

pVisor and pPilot have moved to external repositories. Remove their implementations, execution-only supporting crates, vendored runtime dependencies, examples, benchmarks, and dedicated documentation/CI jobs. Default builds, CLI installation, and platform wheels now ship only pchronicle, without VM firmware or pVisor signing.

Keep pChronicle's Gateway, Control, events, and OverlayNet libraries and shared wire contracts for external producers. Remove the unused pVisor process launcher, prune 119 dependency packages without upgrading retained dependencies, and update English/Chinese entry points and repository guidance. The standalone dlcapt and excluded legacy subsystems remain outside this change.

The S3 contract job builds the existing pinned MinIO server and client releases from upstream source because their public images and binary downloads are unavailable.

Documentation now centers on pChronicle capture, storage, queries, and exchange. Remove retired execution/isolation pages, navigation entries, redirect stubs, logos, and diagrams; update English/Chinese guides, shared contracts, component READMEs, and API documentation to remove the extracted product references.

Validation:

• just test pchronicle: 1,061 passed; 7 skipped by default.
• just test agentctl: 27 passed.
• CLI control_process regression after removing the launcher: 9 passed.
• Packaging regression: 19 passed, including rejection/removal of retired wheel payloads.
• Strict bilingual docs builds and generated link checks: 112 pages passed after removing retired pages.
• CLI smoke, modified-file formatting/lint, recipe syntax, CI configuration, and dependency graph checks passed.
