Add the exported database-path and encoding-repair helpers to the website reference index, and build pkgdown automatically on pull requests and master pushes. Deploy only from master into the existing Pages docs folder, with write permissions confined to deployment.
Declare StoXProject/RstoxData in Remotes: this required dependency is not available from CRAN, so a clean CI installation could not resolve it. Include the shared patch/date hook for future ordinary source commits. Version 0.8.11; no database behavior changed.
Validation: local pkgdown build completed successfully without downloading Biotic data; all 129 package tests passed with no warnings or skips. The CI rerun verifies dependency resolution on a clean runner.
