Informal lending often starts with a conversation and ends up scattered across messages, screenshots, and memory. TrustFirst gives both sides one place to see the commitment, follow repayments, keep payment evidence, and know what needs attention next.
It is built for friends, families, and trusted groups who want more clarity without turning a personal relationship into a complicated process.
The lender's Ask AI to Call Borrower action starts the call request without fetching browser location. The server checks lender access and the borrower's phone number before contacting Sarvam.
| What you can do | |
|---|---|
| Create an agreement | Record the amount, purpose, return date, and an optional witness in a shared agreement. |
| Follow the money | See repayment progress, upload proof, and keep agreement activity in one timeline. |
| Coordinate a group | Make a group money request, accept partial contributions, and track the resulting agreements. |
| Pay and confirm | Use UPI QR flows or Razorpay test-mode checkout; signed webhooks confirm captured Razorpay payments. |
| Handle the conversation | Send email reminders or request Sarvam-powered voice mediation. |
| Keep a verifiable record | Anchor selected agreement and payment fingerprints on Polygon Amoy without putting raw personal details on-chain. |
Trust scores, Firebase notifications, and location context support the experience. Some external actions require a privileged access grant.

Razorpay is configured for test-mode payments, and the blockchain integration targets the Polygon Amoy testnet. TrustFirst records informal commitments; it does not claim that an agreement is a legal contract or that a trust score is a credit score.
