Allows epub readers to display the printed page number. Doesn't cause errors in ebookmaker, but won't fully work in epub readers until ebookmaker work is complete. Fixes DistributedProofreaders#1930 (which also has links to relevant ebookmaker issues)
To support when PPer copies alt text from HTML to use as text in `[Illustration:...]` markup in text file. Fixes DistributedProofreaders#1932
