Summary

The workspace-hygiene skill in the kit omp plugin (merged in #90, not yet released) told agents to remove a plan's linked worktree and then stop the plan's stacks and processes. The plan-lifecycle Teardown rule (DocksDocks/docks#84, merged, not yet released) does the reverse: it stops stacks and processes first (docker compose down without --volumes), then removes the worktree, prunes, and deletes the merged branch. Removing the worktree first removes the compose file before docker compose down can run.

By owner decision, the skill's ## Plan runs section now points to the Teardown rule in the plan-lifecycle plan contract instead of restating it. Until plan-lifecycle releases that rule (it is still 0.14.1), agents do not see it.

The change ships in 0.21.0, which is not released yet, so there is no version bump. The 0.21.0 CHANGELOG entry names the pointer.

Verification

  • bun run check exits 0 (83 test files; dry-run goldens unchanged, mutation goldens change only the skill file hash).
  • bun run check:generated passes.

…lifecycle Teardown rule

The skill told agents to remove a plan's worktree and then stop its stacks,
the reverse of the plan-lifecycle Teardown rule (DocksDocks/docks#84), which
stops stacks and processes first. By owner decision the skill now points to
that rule instead of restating it.
