Registration was still a bit wonky even following the last fix. This merge has a whole lot of improvements, particularly on how xy coordinates are read. crop-x/crop-y are gone and replaced with output-width and height. Registration GUI also reworked to make landmark identification a bit more explicit and handle accidental landmark deletion.
