Description

This pull request updates the minimum required Go version from 1.25 to 1.27 throughout the project. The change ensures that all workflows, documentation, and configuration files consistently reference Go 1.27, aligning the development, build, and CI environments.

Go version upgrade:

• Updated the Go version in all GitHub Actions workflows (.github/workflows/codeql.yml, .github/workflows/release.yml, .github/workflows/test.yml) to use go-version: "1.27" instead of "1.25". [1] [2] [3]
• Changed the minimum Go version requirement in go.mod to go 1.27.1.

Documentation updates:

• Updated all documentation and guides (CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/installation/linux_installation.md, docs/installation/macos_installation.md, docs/installation/windows_installation.md) to reflect the new minimum Go version of 1.27. [1] [2] [3] [4]
• Updated the Linux installation instructions to download and install Go 1.27.1 instead of 1.25.0.
