fix(ui): improve mobile dashboard grid flow

Summary

Improved mobile dashboard layout and scrolling behavior.

Changes

• Added mobile dashboard padding
• Prevented unwanted horizontal page scrolling
• Removed nested vertical scroll traps from dashboard panels
• Improved mobile scrolling across the Watchlist, Chart, AI Analyst, and Price Alerts sections
• Adjusted chart controls so they fit better on smaller screens
• Improved dashboard layout behavior at 360px, 390px, and 768px

Testing

Tested manually in Chrome DevTools at:

• 360px
• 390px
• 768px

Also verified:

• npm run build passes successfully
• Dashboard panels scroll naturally with the page
• No unwanted horizontal page scrolling
• Mobile layout remains contained within the viewport
