fix(ui): improve mobile stock chart controls (Part of #68)

Summary

Improved the mobile responsiveness and usability of the stock chart controls.

Changes

• Improved timeframe selector layout on small screens
• Made room for the chart maximize control
• Improved mobile spacing and sizing for range buttons
• Wrapped technical overlay controls into a cleaner mobile layout
• Improved Chart Type control alignment
• Prevented chart controls from clipping off-screen
• Improved touch-friendly sizing for mobile controls

Testing

Tested manually in Chrome DevTools at:

• 360px
• 390px
• 768px

Also verified:

• npm run build passes successfully
• Timeframe controls remain visible on mobile
• Maximize button remains accessible
• Technical overlay controls no longer clip off-screen
• Chart Type controls remain usable on small screens
