Avoid duplicate cache error output - #98

Conversation
This keeps the underlying errors in `Error::source()` and limits `CacheError` and `ProtoError` display text to cache-specific context. That prevents chain-aware formatters from rendering the same underlying error more than once. This follows the standard library guidance for wrapped errors: https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/error/trait.Error.html#error-source
