build: relock ez and bend, drop ez test's --unit-only - #206

The current ez's `ez test` takes no flags and `ez prove` is the proof gate, so mkProofs no longer passes `--unit-only` (it accepted and ignored it). Relock the flake's ez (836aa9c) and bend (2.0.27). bolt keeps linting itself with the bolt it builds from this tree, so it has no [tools.bolt].
