Point sha256 at noah-emp/bend-sha256 bend-2.0.28 (1319f22) and relock. Pin Bend to the flake that installs 2.0.31. Co-authored-by: noah-emp <noah@emerging-patterns.com>
Bend 2.0.31 names an imported file from the importer's real path, so a module that lives in an entry directory and is also imported from outside it is two names. Those modules now live in share/. Defs whose dotted name was the qualified name of another def are renamed. eztoml v0.5.0 and bolt v1.9.0 are the releases that compile on this Bend. Bend 2.0.31 rewrites CID(name) in a C effect source and no longer defines the old CID_* macros. pass.c uses that form. snap v1.1.0 and ezhttp v0.6.0 are the releases that do the same. Co-authored-by: noah-emp <noah@emerging-patterns.com>
ez lock --upgrade rewrote each import of those packages to the hash of snap v1.1.0 and ezhttp v0.6.0. Co-authored-by: noah-emp <noah@emerging-patterns.com>

Point ez at noah-emp/bend-sha256 (bend-2.0.28, 1319f22) and pin the flake to the Bend commit that installs 2.0.31.
That Bend refuses the old eztoml, snap, ezhttp, and bolt pins, and it gives one file two names when an entry directory imports it and a file outside that directory does too. The pins are now eztoml v0.5.0, snap v1.1.0, ezhttp v0.6.0, and bolt v1.9.0. The modules those entries share live in share/. A few defs were renamed where the new name rule made them the same name as another def. Effect sources register with CID(name), which is what this Bend reads.
The sha256 fork retarget is temporary.
