Structure

• backend/ — Spring Boot (Java 21, Maven, PostgreSQL, Flyway)
• frontend/ — React + TS + Vite + Mantine
• infra/ — Local Docker Compose (PostgreSQL)
• docs/ — Phase docs / ADRs

Local run

1. Start DB:

cd infra && docker compose up -d

2. Run backend:

cd backend && ./mvnw spring-boot:run

3. Run frontend:

cd frontend && npm run dev

Docker (Full Stack)

Runs postgres + backend + frontend (nginx) with same-origin /api proxy.

cd infra && docker compose -f docker-compose.full.yml up -d --build

• Frontend: http://localhost:5174
• Backend (direct): http://localhost:8081
