I do not run most of these mods. I had issues with 2 of them, and went looking for others once I saw there was the same error message. I doubt all that information was helpful, but I like to be thorough.
I have an instance with continuous that I tried to load these into. It may be an issue on my system. I did do a completely clean install and uninstalled and deleted everything related to both endless sky, and the launcher and reinstalled, and the error persisted.
